All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
For now, we only accept orders in the west and east Malaysia, for international orders please contact us through email email@example.com for more information.
However, do note that due to Covid-19, our shipment to you will have a slight delay. But tracking will be available.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
For all the returned parcels due to undeliverable, you will be contacted for an alternative postage address for resending, but you are required to pay the extra delivery charge for re-postage and we can only repost once. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been returned to us we will not be able to refund the shipping costs & payment method handling fees.
Refund and Return
Please take note that we will not accept anything that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached and packed in original packaging to mail back to us. Earrings are not eligible for an exchange or store credit due to hygiene reasons. Sale and discounted item(s) purchased online cannot be returned unless the item(s) were delivered faulty. Please contact us within 48 hours if any product sends to you which not in its best condition. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.
